Procurement Process Guide

In order to facilitate new and old customers to purchase products more smoothly, we have organized the following detailed procurement process for reference.

I. Motor Procurement Process

1. Spot purchases
We have sufficient stocks of low voltage AC motors and most of the energy efficient motors which are in great demand and widely used in the market. Customers only need to determine the model and quantity, sign a sales contract and make payment, and then arrange for delivery, convenient and quick.

2. Customized ordering
High-voltage motors, high-power motors and special type motors are produced to order. The ordering process is as follows:

  1. The customer determines the motor parameters and technical requirements;
  2. The contract is formalized with the signing of the purchase contract and the payment of the advance payment of 30%;
  3. The factory arranges production and conducts factory tests as required by the contract;
  4. After passing the test, the customer pays the remaining 70% payment and the factory arranges the shipment.

Second, motor parts procurement process

1. General accessories
We carry an extensive inventory of general accessories for our in-house motors, including carbon brushes, carbonbrush holder, slip rings, commutators, end caps/flanges, wind vanes, insulators, wind shrouds, and more. Shipments are made once the customer signs the contract and pays, ensuring quick replacement and maintenance.

2. Special/customized accessories
For non-standard parts such as center shafts, stators or customized iron wind blades, they need to be produced to order. The process is as follows:

  1. The customer confirms the parameters and technical requirements of the accessories;
  2. The contract comes into effect with the signing of the parts ordering contract and the payment of 30% in advance;
  3. Factory arranges production and quality inspection;
  4. After the parts are qualified, the customer pays the remaining 70% payment and the factory arranges the shipment.
