Company History

October 1955 State-run “Xi'an Electric Machinery Factory”Established.

August 1962 “Public-Private Partnership Xi'an Zhongxingelectric motor factory”Established.

March 1965 Dalian Electric Machinery FactoryDC motorWorkshop moved in.

September 1966 Xi'an Zhongxing Electric Factory, a public-private partnership, was renamed as “Local State-run Xi'an Zhongxing Electric Factory”, i.e. “Xi'an Electric Factory”.

In October 1993, “Xi'an Electric Machinery General Factory Electromechanical Distribution Department” was established.

December 1996 Xi'an Electric Machinery Factory took over the former Xi'an Oriental Electric Machinery Factory, which had been declared bankrupt.

September 1999 Xi'an Electric Machinery Factory took over the bankrupt former Xi'an Electric Machinery Factory's three branches.

In January 2004, “Xi'an Electric Machinery Factory” was reorganized into “Xi'an Electric Machinery Factory".“Xi'an Simo Motor(Group) Limited”.

In April 2004, “Xi'an Electrical Machinery General Factory Electrical and Mechanical Department” was restructured into “Xi'an Simo Motor Sales Company”.

In July 2006, Xi'an Simo Electric Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd. moved from Hujiamian Cross to No. 159 Mingguang Road.

In 2009, through a share transfer, “Xi'an Xima Electric Motor (Group) Co., Ltd.” was renamed to “Xi'anTaifu Simo MotorLimited”.

In December 2011, the Electrical and Mechanical Department of Xi'an Electric Machinery General Factory ranked the top in sales performance and won the honorary title of “Excellent Distributor” of Xi'an Taifu Simo Electric Machinery Co.

In December 2012, the Electrical and Mechanical Department of Xi'an Electric Machinery General Factory ranked the top in sales performance and won the honorary title of “Excellent Distributor” of Xi'an Taifu Simo Electric Machinery Co.
