We can carry out minor repairs, on-site overhaul or on-site service for production line motors that cannot be shut down. All repaired, rebuilt or maintained motors are entitled to one year warranty and three packages.
In order to ensure that the repair process is efficient and smooth, and to reduce communication errors and potential disputes, we have organized the repair process as follows for the reference of new and old customers.
I. Confirmation of repairability
Although we have extensive repair capabilities, not all motors are covered. Our main business is for industrial motors, excluding household appliance motors, small high-speed motors, and high-precision motors. Therefore, before customers send for inspection or repair, please be sure to contact the technicians at the repair center to confirm whether they can undertake the repair.
Second, confirm whether the motor needs to be returned to the factory for repair
- No need to return to the factory, only replacement parts
- After remote diagnosis by the technician, if the motor failure can be solved by replacing the parts only, the customer can directly purchase the corresponding parts and replace them by themselves.

- Needs to be returned to the factory for repair
- Motors that are more seriously damaged or whose repair process requires disassembly and reassembly and dynamic balance testing must be returned to the factory for repair.
- We will carry out specialized repairs according to technical requirements to ensure that the motor is restored to optimum performance.
III. Confirmation of maintenance programs

- For motors that need to be returned to the factory for repair, the technician will make an initial diagnosis based on the information provided by the customer.
- Due to the possibility of incomplete information or errors in communication, our initial response is for reference only and is not intended to be a final offer or commitment.
- Maintenance quotes and contracts
- Maintenance costs are formulated based on the motor inspection report and include breakdowns of failure analysis, replacement parts, labor costs, electricity costs and equipment usage.
- Customers confirming the cost can sign a maintenance contract and arrange for repairs; if they do not accept the maintenance program, they only need to pay the motor failure detection fee.
IV. After-sales service after maintenance
- All motors returned to the factory for repair are serviced according to the standard of new machines, enjoying the three packages policy and one year warranty.
- Technicians are not authorized to provide quotes until a motor inspection report has been issued. If you find any irregularities, you can report them to Simo Group and we will offer a reward to show our appreciation.
